How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Add your card, try everything, and cancel anytime during the trial without paying a cent. If you keep it, billing simply starts on day 15.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, free forever, on unlimited sites, with every DevDome plugin included. No credit card required. You only upgrade when you need more data, history or faster monitoring.
What happens if I hit a usage limit?
Nothing breaks. We never hard-cut your service mid-month. You get a warning in your dashboard with time to upgrade, and your sites keep running either way.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply instantly with a prorated charge for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I cancel?
From your Billing page, in two clicks. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then your account simply continues on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
